Relocation services and Facility Planning: Architectural design and construction. Complete assistance with all aspects relating to moving. This includes the actual move from one location to another, installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment and any and all other details relating to setting up new space such as signage on the front door.
Marketing of Commercial Properties: Marketing of commercial properties for sale or lease in the Greater Boston area. Maximize value on behalf of the ownership.
Corporate Real Estate Consulting Services: Assist companies with developing their strategies for long term real estate planning.
